Cooking Classes

We are pleased to be able to offer Basque Cooking Classes and Wine Tasting Seminars through Karlos Arguiñano's Aiala Cooking School.

     

Week long hands-on seminars will be conducted in English from May 2002. Daily sessions will cover traditional Basque food, tapas, desserts, contemporary Basque cuisine and wines

Shorter courses are also available as well as one day immersion wine tasting classes.
